Welcome to the Japanese healing arts of Sho Takeda, RMT

Sho brings together Eastern and Western therapies to help restore your body’s natural harmony and rhythm. Skilled in Japanese acupuncture, shiatsu and Swedish massage, Sho’s complementary holistic healing methods can offer you greater comfort, balance and well-being.

Drawing on ancient techniques, Sho helps unblock the energy pathways in your body to unleash greater vitality. By making adjustments to your autonomic nervous system, Sho can help treat muscle pain, repetitive strain and sports injuries. He also offers relaxation therapies to help reduce stress and create vibrant health.

Sho has practiced the healing arts for more than 20 years. The Japanese name “Sho” means “to thrive” -- our goal for each and every client. The kanji characters literally mean “victory” and “soar.”

Let us help you thrive.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
